2. Services and Consultations

1. All services purchased through the website, including video consultations and in-person consultations, as well as any other legal service requested via form or service gallery, may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

2. Video consultations must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, including urgent consultations, to secure the client’s spot.

3. In-person consultations booked by phone or email do not require pre-payment; payment is made at the time of the consultation.

4. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance. Fees paid are non-refundable.

When requesting services or video consultations, clients must provide:

• Name, email, phone number, Tax ID (NIF), and payment details;

• Relevant documents for case analysis (contracts, certificates, invoices, plans, letters, court notices, emails, among others).

2. The firm may request physical documentation whenever necessary for a complete case analysis.

1. Client data is stored for the duration of the service relationship, with case files kept for a minimum period of 5 years, in accordance with applicable law.

2. Video consultation services are conducted via a secure platform, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

5. Limitations and Liability

1. RBG Advogados is not liable for damages arising from the incorrect use of the website information or from the improper use of the services provided.

2. Each case is analyzed individually, and full legal guidance depends on the submission of the necessary documentation and, if applicable, the client’s physical presence.
