Who is? 

Rafael Barroso Gomes is a lawyer, graduated in Law from Lusíada University of Oporto (ULP). Having subsequently completed his internship in Algarve, where he established and founded Rafael Barroso Gomes Advogado | Lawyer, in Olhão,  in 2018.  

He also holds the position of Treasurer, in the Olhão Delegation of the Portuguese Bar Association.
